Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Samang Vision and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Client Work: Upon full payment for services, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. Samang Vision retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before final file delivery
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

Project Timeline and Revisions

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback and approval times. Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary materials, information, and access
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us
• Making timely payments as per the agreement

Cancellation and Refunds

If a client wishes to cancel a project, they must notify us in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. For work already completed, clients will be charged based on the percentage of work finished. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without permission, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Samang Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business results from our creative work.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
